[Alberg30] A30 chainplates

First, many thanks to Mike Lehman and Michael for their terrific
assistance in pointing me to solutions for the mast support beam repair.

Another project I have on the go is repair of a loose shroud
chainplate.  I understand this is a common problem on the A30.  Can
anyone help me out with some suggested repair methods?
