[Alberg30] gale sail, heavy weather discussion

have been following the conversations re removable
forestays, storm sails, gale sails, and dealing with
heavy weather.
i can't recall it being mentioned, but seems like a
third reef in the mainsail would a good addition to
round out the heavy weather sail program.  per the
pardey's heavy weather book, a third reef in the
mainsail and a sea anchor will get you through
virtually anything.
