Check me if I am wrong here guys but...the mast is ~35' x 2 = 70' plus the
length of the boom to get to the cabin top 14' with some left over for
slices etc Total = 84' would problably buy 90'x3/8". Just a guess someone
check my thought process.

I am in the process of adding a block at the bottom of the mast to turn the
halyard to a winch on the cabin top. I therefore need to replace the jib
halyard. Could I get some advise from the group??
1. Sailnet has Yale ultra low stretch Rope on sale, is that appropriate?
2. If so, what size and how long should it be?
SallyB #441 is 230 miles away so I am not able to measure for myself.
