George mentioned the starting time of the seminars as:

>1:00 (1300 hours)

He must have been in the (ugh) Army.That's the way they say it. A true 
sailor never uses the word "hours" in referring to clock time; the Navy 
says just 1300 (thirteen hundred) instead.  We must keep up the standards.
