If after it starts again if it again stalls, your pulling crud up into the 
filter.
If it continues to run the crud may have passed. I would look into the 
carburetor again, especially the low speed jet, open every little screw. I 
had a similar problem, rebuilt the card twice. Finally had someone else look 
at it. They found a jet I had missed, and that was it. This year it was the 
idle jet and a slight float misadjustment. It purrs like a kitten now.
