[Alberg30] Dutchman reefing

Peter,

The 'Dutchman' system was already on the boat when I purchased it, but it is a commercial system sold  by Dutchman.  The only thing I have done is replace the monofilament lines with new ones. I ended up using heavy duty monofilament line used in string trimmer or weed wackers. It has been on for three years now with no problems.
