[Alberg30] foresail sizes

Christos,

They sound like #2 genoas.  You can check the bylaws in the handbook for 
the largest sail permitted by the class rules.  You can't go much bigger 
than that, anyway, so I'd suggest using those figures for the largest 
#1.  I think it comes to about a 167% genoa.
