[Alberg30] Cutless Bearings

You pull the bearing without removing the shaft log from the hull.  Remove the set screws, then carefully use a screwdriver on one edge to bend it in so you can grab the bearing with pliers and twist it out - (some force and profanity allowed).  Take the new bearing and freeze it overnight.  This will shrink it just enough to slide in and when it warm it will be snug.  Of course this method will require removing the shaft.
