Hull in great condition awlgripped ( getting old ) in 1994 Flag Blue.

Teak needs some work (varnished in 1999 10 coats Epifanes)
Cabin hatch needs to be rebuilt
Very minor woodwork above and below (very, very, very minor 1-2 hours of
work)
Mast step was redone needs to be cleaned up

Nothing ugly about this boat.
