[Alberg30] Re: marine surveyors

I work at a marina in Urbanna, Virginia.  Our clients have used Peter
Schact several times, I've used him to do my Alberg 30 (which needed
much work and his comment was "there's nothing yet to survey" but did
give us all kinds of help in which wiring, etc. to use.  He is very
thorough, helpful and honest.  

By the way -- we've seen that Alberg in Urbanna and felt it was
SLIGHTLY overpriced for the condition of the boat.  I might add we saw
this boat 9 months ago, so the owner may have made some improvements.
