Darren,

You received that message because you subscribed to an email list.
Or, if you did not, someone else did using your email account.
Subscribing is a two-step process.  You enter your application,
the mailing list software sends a verification email to the
email address entered in the application, and you have to reply
to that email address to complete the subscription.

Therefore, if YOU didn't sign up for this list, SOMEONE ELSE HAS
BEEN USING YOUR EMAIL ACCOUNT.  You'd probably better change all
your passwords.
