[Alberg30] battery cables

Jay,
I think I am using AWG4 too. A lot has to do with the length. West Marine in
Annapolis had some good advice when I replaced mine. I am using two
batteries and jump the neg from one battery to the next...probably should
change that, but no trouble in 20+ years

Jay,
I'm pretty sure my cables are AWG 4. It seems to me I used to use
AWG 2, and the only difference was the difficulty passing them up
from the batteries to the engine compartment. I use two separate
negative cables.
If the engine starts easily, why are you replacing the cables?
