Once again I am overwhelmed with the help I get from you all. George 
Dinwiddle is obviously a genius !!!

I will clean the filters and carb etc and report back. I am being dragged 
kicking and screaming into the world of tools and engines. Up to 1 week ago I 
would still fall for the old "left-handed screw driver" joke.
