[Alberg30] Help- Tin Canning Bow

I would like to thank every one who has responded to my request for help. It 
seems the problem may not be as bad as I had envisioned. This repair will 
certainly eliminate the water problem I had been having over the last year.
Are there any other folks who might have run into this? I will coalate all 
the information and make the best repair possible. The suggestion to redoe 
the entire toerail also sounds like a worthwhile one.
