[Alberg30] Prep A4 for Winter

If you want to winterize the engine by filling it with antifreeze
solution, you must (in most cases) first run the engine until it
is at operating temperature so the thermostat will let the antifreeze
run through the block and not just through the bypass. I say "in
most cases" because I've got a modified cooling setup on my engine--no
thermostat and no bypass hose.
I run the engine until warm, to make the oil easy to change. I
also shut the engine down by turning off the fuel supply, so the
carburetor is stored empty. After changing the oil, I add a teaspoon
of oil to each cylinder and crank the starter (with the coil
disconnected) to spread that oil around and pull the antifreeze
through the system.
