FWIW, we just hauled Calypso after 2.5 seasons with a bottom of Pettit
ACP-50.  I was amazed at how few barnacles there were.  We did have a
bumper crop of slime this summer, but that had mostly disappeared in
the colder water.

I don't know if it can be applied over vinyl.
