[Alberg30] Screw packing

Hi Folks:
 
Getting ready to take the Alberg out of the water for the season and
noticed the packing around the drive shaft near the screw is leaking too
much. It's almost a steady stream. Apart from buying an automatic bilge
pump, can anyone offer suggestions on how to tighten or repack the
packing?
