[Alberg30] Screw packing

Being in or out of the water has no affect on the maintenance of the 
stuffing box. If it leaks more than a drop or two per minute while the 
engine is running and in gear with the boat in the water, then you need to 
attend to it.

Is this a required/suggested repair if Alberg is pulled from water and
