I suggest checking out International Marine Insurance Services
(http://www.imiscorp.net/).  I've known Al Golden a bunch of
years and always found him to be a straight shooter.  He's
also an independent agent; he works for you, not the insurance
company.  You can ask for a quote by email (mail at imiscorp.net).
