[Alberg30] Binoculars advert?

Greetings,
    In following the boat numbering discussion I checked the related page on
the Alberg website.   At the bottom was a sailnet.com connection via
Fujinon 7x50 Mariner XL Binoculars.   Is this an advertisement or merely and
endoresement of that particular product?
    Just curious.
