[Alberg30] PHRF Spinnaker Size

Can one of you look in the A30 handbook on Spinnaker Size and e-mail that back to me today? I don't have my book with me at work today for some reason.

Anyway, I had SS Girth (G): 19.33 and SS Luff (SL): 35.50 on my PHRF form and they took 3 seconds away for a 184% spinnaker. Is that right? 

(They negated it by adding 3 seconds for the handicapper's evaluation though).
