excellent. I can't imagine there is much more room in the head area in
the  post 409 boats. In addiiton to heating the hose to get to go on to
the barbs, heating the hose to get to go around corners was also helpful
too.Even  with the head gun it took some pulling to get the hose around
corners.

Thanks, heat gun is my next purchase. As fellow Albergers know I am
dealing
with limited space and hose that doesn't like to bend in 30 degree
temps.

Also the plate is completed fabrication and is plating. It should be in
the
mail to you within a week.

The instructions I recieved when I did myb plumbing last year was that
a
heat gun judiciously applied is the boat plumber's friend. It makes
inflexible and uncooperative hoses flexible and cooperative. Too much
heat,of course, cause the hoses to melt down so one needs to be
careful.. This has worked for me.

I am currently installing the plumbing for the holding tank. Placing
the
hoses onto the 3-Way valves and fitting seems to be taking a lot of
pressure. I applied soap and water with little success, the 1 1/2 hose
seems
to the most difficult. Does anyone have any tricks they have used to
make
this easier?
