[Alberg30] Tiller or Wheel

The A30s came with a tiller. The wheel steering was an owner modification as
far as I now (did Whitby offer wheel steering?). While some owners seem to
like wheel steering, the boat IMHO is much better with a tiller _ you don't
need the mechanical advantage; you "feel" the boat better wit a tiller. It's
not against class rules to have a wheel.
