If you're in the Annapolis area, Exotic Lumber off inner West St. near 
downtown has the best teak prices that I know about. They are in the 
phone book.

If you're not in the Annapolis area, you should be able to buy teak from 
a hardwood supplier. Don't buy it at a marine store, because they really 
mark it up a lot. 12/4 teak is $12 per board foot at Exotic. For thinner 
stock, it is cheaper, but I don't know how much cheaper (maybe as little 
as $8 per bf).

You may want to use teak veneer plywood for the door. That stuff is 
really expensive (3/4" sheet is about $150, I think), not to mention 
difficult to find.
