Nope. No keel bolts. Internal ballast(cast iron - because Carl H. the founder
and chief shipwright of Whitby boat works, decided he could save some money
by departing from the Alberg specification of lead). Reid Beigle's father
told me that one canadian boat has a lead internal ballast by special request
of its owner / buyer, but he didn't know which one.
