[Alberg30] Stern Hatch Latch

Yes the one existing complete latch stayed closed OK. The other one probably
suffered the same fate as you mentioned in your original post. The broken
off latch came with the boat, just never got around to fixing it. The one
latch seemed to work fine for me.
