[Alberg30] Water in settee lockers

My port toerail allows water in at many points, the chain locker, the Vee 
berth, the small area under the drawers under the settee, etc. I am about to 
tackle the removal of the toerail and a rebedding beginning this weekend. 
Does anyone have any suggestions.
