Tom,
Look at several boats.  This will help you decide if the value of the one you 
are looking at is good for you.  The boats were retooled about 1970 and the 
pre 1970 boats are a bit different than the later boats.................more 
teak and masonite cored decks versus balsa wood cored decks.

Consider it a process and enjoy the process.  ANY well cared for Alberg 30 
will return you plenty of FUN Dividends.
