[Alberg30] Tiller or Wheel

Dude, if your background is dinghy sailing, you don't want a wheel.

One of the biggest reasons I bought Calliope was because she was the 
biggest tiller boat that I could find and afford.

Since I bought her, I discovered loads of other good reasons, but the 
tiller thing was definitely pivotal initially.
