[Alberg30] Wheel Advantages

I have never sailed a 30 with a wheel, but believe that there would be
disadvantages to having a wheel for an auto-pilot, particularly price and
complication. The auto-pilot for a tiller is simple, self-contained (put it
away when you're not using it), inexpensive (buy a spare if you single-hand
a lot), and it the answer to single-handing.
