[Alberg30] anchor light wiring

It is my understanding that the gauge chosen usually depends on the length of the round trip to the batteries. There is a forumala that is widely published in many books. I used 12 gauge on mine and assumed it was overkill.

I am planning to use 12 gauge wire.
