[Alberg30] anchor light wiring

I agree that Forespars combination steaming/deck light is very good; Model 
ML-2. We put one on Emotional Rescue #303. They also have a stainless steel 
Light Guard #132200 to prevent the halyards from getting caught and/or 
knocking off the light. Drill and tap for 3 machine screws on the guard. We 
first used sheet metal screws and it came off. Ed. Schroeder
