Yest Tis True,
I believe that most SSA(severn sailing assn) Racing (Dingies) actually
postpone races once the wind has dropped to -2 knts and the boats can
progress at -5 knts against the stinkpot's waves.

Ahh I long for that weather at this time of year ... for about the 5
minutes it takes to defrost. But that sure is some serious baking we can
do out there.
