[Alberg30] Disposable boats

Here we go with a race 5 delay - not enough wind again - you would think 
they learned their lesson yesterday. Brian, you are right it would be 4-4 if 
A30s had a challenge.

If it was done in A30's it would be 4-4 or 5-0 by now.

There are at least two A30's that have sailed all winter here in NY (or at
least a few times through the winter)
