[Alberg30] galley and nav station reconstruction

I forgot to add that the inexpensive, ungimbaled butane stoves work 
great so long as you are not underway (it's like cooking on a gas range 
at home). The propane stoves are hot, too, but I found the portable one 
I had hard to disassemble and store. The butane cylinders are a bit 
expensive unless you get them at a Chinese grocery. They are cheap there.

It sounds like you have a good plan, Jay.
