[Alberg30] engines.. and a critical question

I always sleep with my feet forward - when they aren't in my mouth ; )
As it puts my head closer to the centre of pitch - but there is merit in
being able to open an eye and look to the companionway to see if the person
on watch is still there ... in case they forgot to clip on.
