[Alberg30] Diesel replacement

Has anyone put in a universal diesel? I think they are made by 
Westerbeke but supposed to be a bolt in replacement at least size wise. 
 They run about 5400.00 up this way. My A-4 is running like a top now 
 (knock on wood) but some day I may put a diesel in her.
