[Alberg30] galley and nav station reconstruction

I didn't hate the alcohol stove (Gail did) but I love the portable 
butane stove.  A recent quick search showed that these are now available 
for much less than what we paid at the boat store.  I'm not making a 
recommendation for these particular stoves or dealers, but here are some
