[Alberg30] Might Have an Old Winch Handle

Bill;

I just got my A30 in April and have only had one opportunity to sail her
(from Cobb Is to Severn River).  She has new primaries and I seem to recall
there was a large, flat winch handle with no winches on which (or should I
say "winch") to use it.  If you can wail till I am back on board late this
month, I will check and let you know if I can live without it.
