[Alberg30] Heel angle

I don't know the angle in degrees but the Alberg seems to sail best with her
cove stipe in the water. Once you get too far over: toe rail under, winches
under, windows under, and water pouring over the coamings; cockpit flooding,
etc., she seems to slow down.

Is there an optimum heel angle for the best sailing performance?
