[Alberg30] Toe Rail/Hull/Deck Joint Bolts

On the newer boats, the hull deck joint was put together with a strip of
resin soaked glass mat between the hull and deck, and then fastened with
pop-rivets. Pop-rivets are not water-tight, so water can seep through
them if the caulking of the toerail is failing. Most of my leaks in the
lockers under the salon windows have come from leaking genoa track
bolts. I've been able to seal these one at a time, as needed. Another
place to check is the stanchion bolts.
