Don't they use Zinc Oxide? And it comes in all kinds of different colors.

Gives 100% sun blocking.

Beach Life Guards use it quite frequently.  Use 45 or lower if you want
some effect like a tan, use zinc if you wish no effect.  But use sparingly
like on your nose or lips.
