[Alberg30] A30 center of weight

Does anyone know the point along the keel where the weight of the boat is
balanced equally fore and aft (preferably without the mast). In theory, the
boat would rest at this point on a single block of wood without falling
either forward or backward.

I need it to determine how far forward of the center line of the axles I
need to place the boat to get the correct tongue weight (which I am told is
12% to 15% of the total load) when hauling the boat on the trailer .

Thanks,

Roger Kingsland
