[Alberg30] Hatch Rehab

I plan to redo the hatches on my A30 and need advice, particularly on
dealing with the main hatch which appears to be a teak veneer.  Any
suggestions on; cleaning, where to get parts (hindges and latches, screws
and plugs), type of glue to use, etc.?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.  I go to the shore for family
vacation soon and thought of taking the hatches with me for a project while
there.  I thought of oiling the teak to see if I like it before trying brush
on finishes.
