[Alberg30] hairlines in cockpit

Good morning,

I am presently looking at purchasing an A30 and would like some feedback
please.  I am looking at a late 70 A30 and I am a bit concern about the
cockpit area.  There are several hairlines and just wondering if this is
common.  Also would appreciate some feedback on epoxy bottom in salt water,
price range for new main, storm jib, genoa and DRS.

Any comments would be appreciated
