I had replacing the bolts and increasing their size on my chainplates on 
my list last year and never got it done till this weekend. I want to 
mention the 1/4" full thread bolts that I pulled out of the upper shroud 
chainplates were indeed bent more so on one side than the other. I would 
recommend that anyone sailing offshore or who tends to drive their boat 
hard replace them.  Chris
