[Alberg30] A-30 Rudder

Hello Albergers 30....
I just noticed that my Rudder has developed 4-5 Spider Web patterns on the 
Starboard side that were not there last season. Does anyone have any 
experience or knowledge about this matter. Does any water finds its way 
into the rudder and perhaps freezes there over the winter or is there any 
other cause or reason.
Your expert opinion will be much appreciated.
