There's a Google box on almost every page of www.alberg30.org that 
searches the site, including the message archives.  There's a photo of

sure you use bronze--you can see what happens to stainless steel.  Other

Use heat to soften the caulk and, if the bolts are really frozen, a hand 
impact tool (like http://www.thetoolwarehouse.net/shop/LIS-29200.html, 
but I don't know this company) might help.  If the slot is gone on the 
flat heads, you can cut a new one with a Dremel tool 
(http://www.alberg30.org/maintenance/tools/dremel.html)
