It is a morse control. Is your problem with the shift or the throttle or 
both? Vetus make a very nice one that is reasonably priced. Do not get 
the cheap one from West Marine it is not heavy enough to do the shifting 
although fine for the throttle It is not the right one. Morse still make 
the oem dual lever but it is expensive.. You may just need new cables
