I decided to go with "Plastic Land" in NY. They were very helpful, though a little hard to understand but very helpful.

I bought four 9.5 mm smoked plexiglas sheets measuring 12" x 24" and I'm going to cut out the windows myself. $14 each plus shipping. I ordered this afternoon and they are shipping out tomorrow.

They have clear 9.5 mm UV protected sheets too but I forgot to ask the price.
